Learn basic self-defense techniques to use in dangerous situations for women of all ages. Guest instructors representing the Shotokan Karate Dojo, and the Kalispell Police Department, will be part of the class. Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared for hands-on exercises.

Bring water and wear comfortable workout clothing and shoes for class activities.
