Learn the science and art of basic massage from a professional massage therapist with 50 years of experience. Class enables you to give and receive relaxing massages to the head, neck, arms, hands, feet, legs and back. Benefit from the dynamics of physical touch in this fun, popular class. Class attendance is important as skills and information build on each session.
Students will practice massage techniques on each other.
Notes:
Class will not meet on Nov 22. Wear comfortable clothing.
