This class will meet on Mondays, October 16- November 20 for 6 sessions.
Learn how to dance Irish Ceilis group dances. Start out by properly stretching and warming up to avoid injuries. Course will cover basic Irish dance steps and how to recognize the different types of music. Practice performing several Ceilis so you can dance them at functions. No partners needed. Wear comfortable clothes and flexible shoes - smooth bottoms work well. Age 14 and up welcome to attend with a registered adult.
