The key to maximizing these benefits involves slowing down and tuning into your senses. Forest bathing, also known as shinrinyoku and “forest therapy,” offers a way of experiencing nature for health and wellbeing. Learn how to tap into this simple and fun yet powerful practice that you can do anytime and anywhere.
