slowing down and tuning into your senses. Forest bathing, also known as shinrinyoku
and “forest therapy,” offers a way of experiencing nature for health and wellbeing.
Learn how to tap into this simple and fun yet powerful practice that you can do
anytime and anywhere.

Bring a light-weight camp stool, yoga mat or other sit-upon is highly recommended
