Learn what every employee needs to know to pass the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination. Instruction will cover critical principles including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time & temperature, receiving & storage, food safety management systems, training hourly employees, and more. The exam takes place as part of the session. ServSafe textbooks and exams are available by special order in Spanish, Chinese, and Korean. Contact the Continuing Education office regarding the cost and shipping time for non-English materials before you register for your class. we highly encourage you to review your included textbook, which is available for pick up when you register. Please plan to pick up your book at the Continuing Education office and study the course book prior to the workshop. The textbook and exam fee are included in the cost of the class.

An online course is available through www.servsafe.com. Exam proctoring service is available - call 406.756.3832 for fees and to register for a proctored exam session.
Please pick up book from Continuing Education office (Arts & Technology Bldg. Rm. 215) at least a week prior to class to read ahead of time. It is imperative that you read the book before class if you want to do well on the exam.
Lunch will be on your own. Be sure to bring a photo ID and #2 pencil with you. You must bring the book and the included exam answer sheet with you to the class.
There will be a $10 transfer fee if transfering to a later class.
