Learn the basics of dog obedience, how to properly administer handler techniques and understand fundamental dog psychology. This class will present opportunities to handle dogs in a variety of situations and distractions. Handlers will be given the opportunity to take the AKC Canine Good Citizen test (a nationally recognized dog socialization test) at the last class.

Notes:

Class will meet on Sundays and Monday, April 21 instead of Sunday, April 20. Class will meet in Libby at the Fred Brown Riverside Pavilion. Hwy 37 through downtown Libby, turn left before crossing the Kootenai River bridge. Students only (no dogs ) meet at the first class at 2pm. Class will be held outdoors, so dates may change depending on weather conditions. Dress accordingly. Bring vaccination records to the first class. No dogs at the first class. One dog per student.
