Learn what every employee needs to know to pass the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination. The exam is part of the session. Instruction will cover critical principles including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time & temperature, receiving & storage, food safety management systems, training hourly employees, and more. ServSafe textbooks and exams are available by special order in Spanish, Chinese, and Korean. Contact the Continuing Education office regarding the cost and shipping time for non-English materials before you register for your class. We highly encourage you to review your included textbook, which is available for pick up when you register. Please plan to pick up your book at the Continuing Education office and study the course book prior to the workshop. The textbook and exam fee are included in the cost of the class. We thank McDonald's and Flathead County Health Department for their partnership to provide this training. An online course is available through www.servsafe.com. Please pick up your book from Continuing Education office (Arts & Technology Bldg. Rm. 215) at least a week prior to class to read ahead of time. It is imperative that you read the book before class if you want to do well on the exam. You must bring your book, a photo ID, and #2 pencil with you with you to the class. Lunch will be on your own.
