Learn advanced techniques about beekeeping like splitting, queen rearing, queen grafting,
second year beekeeping, honey extraction and much more. An on-site apiary visit will be during the second class requiring protective personal equipment. Prerequisite: Beginning Beekeeping or at least
one year of beekeeping.
Notes:
Must have taken a beginning beekeeping class or have at least one year of beekeeping experience.
No lunch breaks during class.
The second class will involve an apiary visit requiring a protective gear/apiary veil.
