Learn how to make Shumai, one of Japan’s popular appetizers. This dish is typically made with ground pork, finely chopped onion and flavored with seasonings, and enclosed in a wonton wrapper and topped with green pea. Enjoy with dipping sauce made from soy-sauce, rice vinegar and Japanese chili oil or mustard. Also learn how to make Suratan soup.

Notes:
