Learn basic movement skills and techniques while connecting to rhythm, space and
dynamics. Through creative exercises, develop your dance vocabulary and gain a deeper
appreciation for how movement relates to selfexpression in dance, music, sports and theatre.
Notes:
No partner needed. Bring a water bottle.
Wear comfortable clothes and flexible shoes - smooth bottoms work well.
